Every candidate goes through a restricted-list check, written employer confirmation where it applies, and signed terms. Anyone who cannot be cleared never reaches your calendar, and the screening record travels with the booking so your compliance team sees it without asking.
What you get after the call
Sixty minutes by default. Afterwards you get the recording where permitted, a transcript, and a written read on what changed about the question. What the call could not settle sets the next round of sourcing.
